详情介绍:
Agile Pulse In Vivo系统是疫苗和免役接种研究者的理想选择。系统根据皮下接种(ID)和肌肉接种(IM)的应用特点分别配置了特别设计的针形矩阵电极,并且对电转染仪的程序进行了特别优化,带给您更高的转染效率。电穿孔技术配合质粒注射技术使用,在基因表达及持续性和产生免役原性上显示出高达100倍的增长。Pulse Agile技术,首先利用短时间高强度的脉冲使细胞膜产生通透性,再利用低强度脉冲促进DNA导入细胞,配合多针矩阵电极的使用,大大促进了抗原在细胞内的表达。Agile Pulse系统配有丰富多样的多针矩阵电极选择,并且内置电阻测量技术,大大促进了皮下和肌肉免役接种技术。

Agile Pulse In Vivo系统能有效增强免役反应并缩短免役接种程序,从而极大提高您的实验效率。
